Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Catalase are naturally occurring enzymes known for their role in protecting cells from oxidative stress. Sodium alginate, a natural carbohydrate from kelp, helps shield these sensitive enzymes from stomach acid to support their stability during digestion.*
